We remove the submerged and surface weeds such as milfoil, water shield, and coon tail from your lakeshore or pond by harvest bucket, hydraulic boom cutter and/or a mesh filter bucket. We're able to remove far more vegetation and more completely than large dive teams.
These plants look delicate from the surface, but under the surface lurks their key to survival; large, hardy and heavy rhizomes or roots. We can usually remove these completely out of the water, roots and all.
Cattails can be very difficult to manage, especially if they established years ago and are entangled with grasses, vines, small trees, old tree roots and beaver logs. But by using our powerful root rake attachment, we can lift groups of entire plants out of the water, without disturbing the lake bottom, and without traditional heavy equipment that can destroy your shoreline and yard. We have opened up entire ponds this way and have created boat channels through solid cattails over 500ft long.
Many ponds and lakes have trees or large limbs that have fallen in the water and are difficult and dangerous to remove. We have specialized hydraulic-powered pole saw right on board, and our Stihl gas-powered chainsaws, and up to 1,000lb lift capabilities, we are able to safely cut these up from our boat and bring them to shore. We're also able to lift and remove old dock sections, cinder blocks, tires, railroad ties and other heavy debris out of your water.
Our siphon dredge is small but effective and won't damage the lake bottom or shoreline like traditional heavy equipment or methods. At over 5000gal/hour, we're able to remove large amounts of muck and sediment, pumping up to 300ft away from our boat or more.
With our hydraulic-powered boom cutter, we're able to cut brush and branches below the water, along shore at water level, and overhead brush, branches and vines. We also have chainsaws and pole saws to cut up larger, higher branches.
Chemicals can be a tempting "quick fix", but will only compound your issues and will eventually create more expensive problems. Killing the weeds with potentially dangerous chemicals can not only also kill fish and wildlife, but it also leaves literally tons of dead vegetation rotting on the bottom of your lake or pond, adding to the muck and sediment, making it even easier for those weeds to come back even worse.
