When you click the "Check your rate here" button below, you'll be taken to a secure online application with a service called FinancyMyProject. They will take your information and instantly shop offers from their pool of well-know lending partners and present them to you within seconds, all without a hard pull on your credit. You then just select the lender that has the options and terms that work the best for you. From there, that particular lender may (most likely will) do a hard pull on your credit to verify your information, and they may ask you to upload basic documents as well.
Once the approval is complete, your funds get direct deposited in your bank account, not ours. So then you just pay your 1/3 of your estimate as a deposit to reserve a spot on our schedule for your project like normal, and then you don't pay the balance until the day we finish your project.
That way, you control the majority of your funds until your project is complete!
